Sens. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) — who each opposed last year's nuclear agreement — announced Wednesday that they would introduce a proposal to extend and expand sanctions against Iran.
