SEPARATION OF RELIGION AND STATE

MaryamRajavi
MaryamRajavi

As a Muslim woman, while stressing the need for separation of religion and state, and on behalf of a generation that has been defending the genuine Muhammadan Islam against fundamentalism and religious dictatorship for the past five decades, I declare:

1. We reject compulsory religion and any compulsion in religion. Despotism under the name of Islam, the medieval Sharia laws, and the excommunication of opponents whether Shiite or Sunni, are against Islam and the liberating Muhammadan religion.

2. In our view, the essence of Islam is freedom, freedom from all forms of compulsion, oppression and exploitation.
3. We follow the genuine Islam, the tolerant and democratic Islam, which defends popular sovereignty and gender equality.

4. We reject religious discrimination and will support the rights of followers of all religions and denominations.

5. Our Islam believes in brotherhood among all religions. Sectarian wars and sowing discord among Shiites and Sunnis are the sinister products of the fundamentalist regime in Iran which seeks to prolong its anti-Islamic and anti-human Caliphate.

Iran: Plundering, Backed by Revolutionary Guards and Khamenei's Office

Iran: Plundering, Backed by Revolutionary Guards and Khamenei's Office

Caspian Credit Institution was formed in February 2016 by merging eight co-operatives, namely Fereshtegan, Mashhad’s Al-Zahra,

 Isfahan’s Hasanat, Kermanshah’s Damdaran &Keshavarzan, Mashhad’s Badr-Toos, Payvand, Gorgan’s Amir-Jalin, and Mazandaran’s Keshavarzan, thus taking on all the accounts and commitments of its bankrupt subsidiaries after getting the Central Bank’s permit.

The institution is actually one of 7000 scam businesses which, due to having links with the Revolutionary Guards and Khamenei’s office, have been able to get their permits from regime’s Central Bank, which lacks any kind of independence.

ViewpointsThe Solution for Syria and Middle East Crisis

ViewpointsThe Solution for Syria and Middle East Crisis

The time has come, however, to step up practical efforts to evict Tehran's religious dictatorship from the entire region. To this end, on behalf of the Iranian people who have so far sacrificed 120,000 lives in the struggle against Tehran’s rulers, I would like to emphasize the need for the adoption of a decisive policy by the US,

 Europe and countries in the region, to take the following practical steps to put an end to the destructive war in Syria which has led to the displacement of half of that country's populace. These are the desires of the people of Syria, the people of Iran and all the peoples of the region and the need for peace and tranquility in this part of the world:

1. Condemning the Iranian regime's atrocities and meddling in Syria by the UN Security Council, UN member states and all other international bodies;

2. Expelling the Iranian regime from the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and cutting ties with the Iranian regime by Arab and Muslim countries following the decisions made by the OIC Islamic Summit Conference in Istanbul, until such time that the regime completely terminates its meddling in the region;

IRAN WITHOUT DEATH PENALTY

IRAN WITHOUT DEATH PENALTY

Our plan for future is an Iran without the death penalty and devoid of torture. Our plan is putting an end to torture and all forms of human rights abuse in Iran.

The Iranian Resistance declared years ago that it calls for abolition of death penalty and an end to torture and all forms of rights abuses in Iran.

Our plan is to revive friendship, conciliation and tolerance.

Our plan for future is to put an end to the mullahs’ religious decrees. We reject the inhuman penal code and other abusive laws of this regime. We believe Retribution is an inhuman law.

We advocate laws that are based on forgiveness, compassion and humanity.
The Iranian Resistance Leader Massoud Rajavi ordered the release of thousands of Khomeini’s agents arrested in the battles of the National Liberation Army of Iran --many of whom had committed murder against the PMOI-- without the slightest violation of their human rights.
This is an enduring tradition of the Iranian people’s resistance.

Our plan is to institute an independent, dynamic and free judiciary.
Our plan is to defend democratic values, freedom, equality and sanctity of every citizen’s private life.
